Please refer to your tracking number to get details on your shipment's current status. If your package becomes lost or stolen during the shipping process please contact the carrier to file a claim.

All of our products are handcrafted using the highest quality materials available. If you experience issues with a Darkhorse International product, please email customerservice@darkhorseintl.com and we will assist you. Downloadable products and course tuition are not eligible for refund unless otherwise noted. See FAQ's and item descriptions for further.
